  • April 21, 2005: If you need to contact a member of the Executive Board concerning GIAA business, please call the GIAA Office at (212) 420-6590. DO NOT contact Board Members at their homes, unless you have their specific permission to do so!

  • GIAA Members who join Actors Equity can receive a discount on the initiation fee of AEA's membership! If GIAA is your parent union (and your initiation fee is paid in full), AEA will give you the amount of GIAA's initiation fee as a discount. This can result in a $350 deduction on the $1,000 AEA entrance fee.
    • New cell phone number? New pager number? Don't forget to update your contact information with GIAA. Many times we receive calls from Casting Directors and are unable to locate some of our members because they haven't provided us with updated contact information.

    • ICN Radio, the only 24 hour a day Italian Station, can now be heard on the Internet. www.icnradio.com. GIAA member Sal Palmeri is a host and director of Italian programs on the station.
